DPA
Information on the data processing agreement for Resistro and download of the DPA PDF.
If you use Resistro for personal data, you can conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with us. This applies in particular to customers who back up or have processed the data of their employees, users, or end customers via Resistro.
DPA for Resistro
Our DPA describes in particular:
- subject matter and duration of the processing
- nature and purpose of the processing
- categories of data subjects and data
- technical and organisational measures
- sub-processors engaged
- obligations to cooperate and to provide information in the event of data protection incidents
We provide the current DPA template as a PDF:
Sub-Processors and Payment Processing
Resistro is operated technically within the EU. Details on hosting and the sub-processors engaged are described in the DPA and in our Privacy Policy.
Paddle.com Market Ltd. is responsible for the sale of Resistro as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the billing towards the buyer. Insofar as Paddle processes personal data in the course of payment processing, it does so in the role of an independent controller for the payment transaction; the product-related DPA between you and us remains unaffected.
Conclusion
If you would like to conclude the DPA, send the completed document or your own DPA template to privacy@resistro.org. We review incoming documents and get in touch for the countersignature process.
