Resistro is sold for online purchases and billing via Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Paddle is therefore the contractual partner towards the buyer, the invoice issuer, and responsible for handling withdrawal, refunds, and consumer-law obligations at checkout.

Withdrawal and Refund

If a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, Paddle’s withdrawal and refund rules apply to the respective purchase transaction. Decisive is the information shown or transmitted to you during checkout, in the order confirmation, and in the Paddle buyer documents.

Resistro is aimed primarily at businesses and professional users. In purely commercial transactions, there is regularly no statutory right of withdrawal for consumers. Whether a right of withdrawal exists in an individual case depends on your role in the purchase and the applicable statutory provisions.
